Bonnie Friedman is the author of the novel Don’t Stop, as well as the nonfiction books Writing Past Dark: Envy, Fear, Distraction, and Other Dilemmas in the Writer’s Life and Surrendering Oz: A Life in Essays. She has taught at Dartmouth, NYU, and the University of North Texas, where she is Professor Emerita.
