Sandra Beasley is the author of four poetry collections, most recently Made to Explode, as well as a memoir, Don’t Kill the Birthday Girl: Tales from an Allergic Life. Her travels for poetry have taken her across the United States, to Cyprus, and to Ireland. She lives in Washington, D.C.
